These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 35bat ("35bat", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 35bat website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services, including but not limited to cricket sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, slot machine games, payment processing, and promotional activities.

By accessing the 35bat platform, creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

References to "BDT" or "৳" throughout these Terms refer to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all 35bat account transactions are conducted.

To register and maintain an account on 35bat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 35bat enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 35bat is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — you must not be acting under guardianship or any form of legal incapacity.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any such individual associated with 35bat or any of its game or technology providers, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 35bat management.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period, whether voluntary or compulsory, that restricts your access to online gambling platforms.

35bat reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Where satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable period, the account may be suspended or closed and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account only on 35bat. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, 35bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All transactions, wagers, and activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 35bat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your contact information current so that 35bat may communicate with you regarding your account.

35bat will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Additional documentation may be requested where required for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

All financial transactions on 35bat are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.
• 35bat does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception has been approved by the 35bat finance team.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.
• 35bat reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, in particular for large or unusual transaction amounts.
• Processing times are typically prompt for verified accounts, though 35bat does not guarantee specific withdrawal completion timeframes as these may be affected by the payment provider's own operations.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. 35bat operates a strict policy of accepting funds only from legitimate, personally owned sources. Any deposit that cannot be verified as legitimate may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

35bat offers sports betting (including cricket — BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), live casino games, slot games, crash games, and other online gaming products. All games and betting markets are subject to product-specific rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to that product.

Sports Betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed at the player's request after confirmation, except in circumstances expressly permitted under the specific betting rules for that market.
• Odds displayed are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by 35bat's system.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, void rules as set out in the product-specific betting rules will apply.
• 35bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error. Players will be notified of any such voiding and the stake returned.

Casino Games:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• 35bat does not control or influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by each game's provider and are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a game disconnection during an active round, the outcome will be determined and settled based on the completed round data held by the provider's server. If no outcome can be confirmed, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the respective product interfaces and are subject to change.

35bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonus, deposit reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games and markets as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering or may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• 35bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use, subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or exploitation of system errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

35bat is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a method of generating income, and losses should always be treated as the cost of entertainment rather than as a financial problem to be recovered through further wagering.

35bat provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in or place any wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds, and where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account in your name or on your behalf.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or identity documents.
• Accessing the platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement or where online gambling is prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software to place bets, navigate the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruptly influencing sporting events, or using inside information in connection with any betting market.

• Laundering money through the platform or using 35bat for any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 35bat staff members or other players via any communication channel.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.

35bat employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems that continuously review account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 35bat will act swiftly and reserves all rights available to it under these Terms and applicable law.

All content on the 35bat platform — including but not limited to the 35bat brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, audio, video, game interfaces, betting market data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 35bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Distribute, publicly display, broadcast, or transmit any platform content without the prior written consent of 35bat.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on or in connection with the platform.
• Use any 35bat branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 35bat intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property legislation.

35bat collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with your registration, account management, financial transactions, and use of platform features. The manner in which we collect and use your personal data is set out in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an account on 35bat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Any loss resulting from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials or from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms.
• Any wagering decisions or financial losses incurred as a result of your use of the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose all funds wagered.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 35bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

35bat operates as a safe and reliable platform and employs SSL encryption, fair play certification, and industry-standard security controls. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be entirely free from technical errors, security vulnerabilities, or interruptions.

35bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or contact information associated with your account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

Account Closure by 35bat: 35bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is a breach of these Terms, evidence of fraud or prohibited conduct, a legal or regulatory requirement to do so, or where the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero account balance.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Any real-money balance remaining in a compliant, non-penalised account at the time of legitimate closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law as it applies to the 35bat platform and its operations in connection with Bangladeshi players.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account or any transaction on 35bat, please follow the steps below:
